Terms and conditions
A non refundable 25% deposit is required immediately upon booking ("the Booking Deposit"). The balance is to be paid two weeks prior to the date of your holiday. The Booking Deposit paid in respect of each holiday is accepted as a first installment of the charge for the entire period of your stay.
The receipt, banking of a deposit, the making of a provisional reservation, does not imply final acceptance or confirmation of the booking.
If a booking cannot be accepted, notification and refund of the Booking Deposit will be sent as soon as practicably possible.
Quotations and Fees
A verbal quotation shall not be considered confirmation of the final cost.
If a booking is accepted, a confirmation invoice ("the Confirmation Invoice") will be forwarded to you normally within 2 weeks of receipt of your booking via Email.
The contract is agreed between us once the Confirmation Invoice has been sent to you via Email.
A £100 deposit is required in respect of potential damages ("the Damage Deposit").
This is payable upon the first day of your period of stay.
The Damage Deposit will be returned to your bank one week upon vacating the premises, after your final date of stay, and after an inspection and inventory is proven satisfactory.
Although we understand normal wear and tear of property is expected, in the event there is damage, theft or loss of property either through your own action or by any act of negligence, the Damage Deposit will not be returned.
excessive cleaning required or burn marks on worktops for example the deposit will not be refunded.
This is a non smoking establishment, as such no smoking inside the buildings is permitted, failure to comply with this requirement may result in you being asked to leave without a refund of the Damage Deposit or Booking Deposit.
